International exchange students

If you wish to spend a semester at ENSA of Dijon as an international / Erasmus student, please contact your school’s Erasmus coordinator to ensure there is an agreement between ENSA of Dijon and your institution.
Erasmus students or students not coming from the European Community who have been admitted into our School according to our international agreements are not liable to registration fees if they have paid registration fees in their own school or university.
The same rules and duties apply to them as to all other students in our school.

Obtaining Credits

Students Erasmus / International,upon their arrival at ENSA Dijon, are expected to complete a study contract stipulating the courses they will follow during the semester (up to 30 credits). They can choose from among the different technical and practical workshops and classes offered by the school. This contract will be the basis for drawing up their individual evaluation sheet. They will sit an end-of-semester evaluation to validate their ECTS credits. A document providing proof of these credits will be issued to them in order to validate their semester with their home school.

Language

All courses are taught in French, a B1 level of CECRL is required to fully experience your stayand your lessons. The languages taught at ENSA are English and French as well as foreign languages.

Accommodation

Students can be accommodated on the campus of the University of Burgundy. The monthly rent is 254 Euros including VAT. A deposit of one month’s rent will be required.

Cost of living in Dijon

Average monthly budget: 500 to 600 Euros

This budget includes:

  •    Accommodation: 254 Euros
  •    Food: 200 Euros
  •    Materials for school work: 50 to 70 Euros
  •    Culture (books and outings): 50 Euros
  •    Transport: 40 euros (a monthly bus-tram card costs 30 euros, a return TGV ticket to Paris costs 50 euros, for students under 25 years old).    
  •    Mobile phone: plan to buy a prepaid card, in a tobacco shop, at a lower cost than a year-round subscription.

Deadline for admission

All documents must be duly completed and signed by your institutional coordinator and must reach us before 8 november 2019 for the second semester (27 January – 05 June 2020).
Candidates can apply for the first semester (October 2020 – January 2021) or for a full academic year. The return date for documents is before 1 may 2020.
